HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme), is an ionospheric research programme involves the use of high frequency radiations into the atmosphere. Normally the storms are formed due to the evaporation of sea in coastal areas. As a result of this, the low pressure is created in that area. In order to neutralize the low pressure, the pressure from the high pressure area move towards the low pressure area. Thus,the storm is created. This storm can be artificially made by using the HAARP technology. The high frequency radiations are generated in the haarp stations and emitted onto the atmosphere(ionosphere). The ionosphere reflects this radiation back to the earth. When the radiation of high frequency waves fall on the earth, it results in heating of the earth's surface and the storm occurs. If we emit low frequency waves, it may even cause earthquake. Some people arguing that 2011 Japan Tsunami was artificially made by Americans. In India, the HAARP research station is loacted at Andhra Pradesh.
