Yes. Some animals can able to predict the natural disasters. It is believed that the animals can hear certain sounds and detect certain changes prior to disasters. Before earthquakes or tsunamis, there release an infra-red waves prior to main waves. These sounds are inaudible to humans but the animals like flamingos, elephants, rhinocerous can hear them. It is said that the earth's magnetic field gets slightly deflected before the earthquake. It is suspected that the dogs detect this deflection and thus predicts the earthquake. Some researchers think that the birds can foresee the approaching storms and tornados. Because, they detect the changes in the atmospheric pressure, wind speeds, temperature etc., Hence, they fly away to the safer place.
